This is NOT anything even resembling the definition of a "Speed Trap". There is a very gradual change in Speed Limits and if a driver fails to pay attention, he/she will miss the signs. Robinson PD has one of the most liberal "officer discretion" rates when it comes to issuing citations. If you are stopped and not an asshole to the officer will usually result in a verbal or written warning. Not paying attention and then admitting it when you are pulled over for exceeding the speed limit is the BEST way to get a citation. Stop reporting false speed traps.
