The small City of Reno is obviously grateful for a temporary construction speed limit of 45mph which they enforce diligently even though no construction may be going on at the time..constant patrols, no leniency, new motorcycle police (and we know how those expensive bikes are getting paid for). Its common knowledge in Lamar County but this posting is for the passer thru. And just for the record, I have not been nailed by these folks nor do I want anyone else to be.
