I-495 Southbound between Rte 20 and Simarano Dr
Car sometimes sits on the Rte. 20 Southbound entrance either North or South of exit by 15 feet. They sometimes sit halfway between Rte 20 entrance and Simarano Drive and sometimes under the overpass at Simarano Drive. Always on the right side.
