I-890 and High Bridge exit to Michigan Avenue
The NY State Police use a mini van on Bridge overpasses and exits prettending to broken down. They have a radar gun. They have cars down the road. The vehicle is usually illegally parked. Half on road over white line. They get you coming off exit 25 going down to GE. Sometimes the opposite direction.
