State troupers hiding in the grass in the median right next to the U-turn zones. They either zap you using instant radar or their laser.I travel in that region frequently and noticed that usually they dont zap buses or trucks, only passenger cars.They are active even during the worst snow storms!There is little you can do to avoid them,except if u have some crazy driver who goes faster than you and you just follow him at a "safe" distance,but not too far or your detector wont catch their laser.
