Everyday I pass the middleschool on the Jefferson Davis Hwy. There is always a cop car in the front of the school, parked by the road in the grass. Most of the time there is no one in the car. The windows are tinted and you can see the radar gun but the cop is not always in there. Better safe than sorry though. My husband is a cop and he said that this is a common tactic. People get used to seeing the car there and think no one is in it. But a couple days a week the cop will sit in his car and pull people over.
