Intersection of Hwy 78 and Hwy 124 in Snellville, GA
From 5 am until 8 am every Friday morning, the City of Snellville sets up a trap on Highway 78 between Hwy 124 (Scenic Highway) and the High School on 78. They work about a mile area east of Scenic Highway. The speed limit was lowered to 35 from 45. BEWARE.

The same area at 11:30pm and its hard to see the signs when the speed changes. You can see the police cars lined up ready to snag a victim.
