Interstate 10 Exit west bound to 11th Street
Officer almost at corner of feeder road and 11th street. Radar gun and ticketing speeds exiting freeway. Speed limit sign further down the road shows 40 mph but writing tickets for before speed zone. Clocks exiting from 65 mph not allowing to slow to upcoming speed zone sign.
