BOYCOTT Hopewell. Until the stop this fundraising, don't shop, eat, sleep or get gas in Hopewell. Let the local businesses put a stop to this. 75% of these tickets go to out of state drivers. Even the state senate of VA is attempting to put a stop to this practice.
