Interstate 30 near Exit Number 77
People think Rockwall is bad. Royse City is much worse. The fuzz consistently sits on both sides of Royse City and will stop you for anything. For example, I was pulled over for going 66 in a 65. The cop then searched my vehicle and actually dumped some of my clothes out into the ditch while rifling my suitcases. I explained that I was moving. He then gave my wife and I a ticket for not having our new address on our licenses.
