Interstate 395 near Exit Number 91
A State Cop sits in an emergency vehicle turn around just past exit 91E going south on I-395.(Just before exit 91 going north) It is usually just one police cruiser pointing to the north bound side. Two police cruisers have been seen in the same turn around facing opposite directions multiple times and should be taken into consideration.
