Interstate 5 near side of free way

I’ve seen too many people on the side of the free way being ticketed for speeding, between the town of Talent,Oregan and Pheonix, Oregan, just before Medford, Oregan

You only get pulled over if your speeding, and that happens alot in this area. I'm glad to see the Oregon State Troopers doing their job.
