State cops like to sit under the I-465 overpass on I-70. Unmarked IPD occasionally sits there too, tucked in behind the concrete barrier so you can’t see him until it is too late. The state police post is just 2 miles east of this junction at the post road exit (exit 91). Occasionally, state boys will get on at Post Road in fully marked cars and set the pace for traffic all the way into downtown. Keep your eyes open until you get to Emerson Ave.
