Interstate 70 near Lucas Hunt Road
Enforcement vehicle sits eastbound on I-70 under the Lucas Hunt Road viaduct with his lights out. Anytime after midnight until 6:00 AM. You’re driving along and next thing you know there’s a police car behind you that just pops up out of nowhere.
