Interstate 78 near Exit Number Eastbound Pattenburg
State Police sit on the onbound ramp from Pattenburg. Traffic, especially trucks coming down Jugtown Mountain get caught by this trap. I have seen hundreds of vehicles stopped by the NJ State Police. They don’t cut any slack at this one.
