Interstate 81 near Interstate 81
The Pa. state police sit along the shoulder of interstate 81 between Hallstead-Great Bend, Susquehanna County Pa. where there is a break close to the wooded area. This would be on the right hand side, going north on I-81 towards Binghamton NY., about two miles before the Great Bend exit of I-81.

There are actually 2 traps. One at Mile Marker 226 and one at Mile Marker 227.
