Interstate 865 near Interstate 65
Unmarked or marked cars, State police I think, sit in center of meridian just before hill leading onto/off of 65. Seem to be there alot at night, but have seen them all times. Catch you if headed west just after you crest a hill. Too late when you see them.

Got a ticket here Eastbound on 865 for 71 in the 55 at 10pm. It's 4 miles of straight lightly traveled highway that is clearly not in need of a 55 limit. Ticket is $172 plus if you participate in their little extortion game you can pay an additional $79.50 and promise you won't get caught for a year and they will then not file points to your license. I saw the cop - didn't even lift as I felt I was driving safely (I was alone on the road) - they just want your money. I'm not paying (Boone County and Thorntown) - they can come and get me.
