Interstate I-20 near White Settlement Rd. Street
Usually one police car or motorcycle officer posted between flow of traffic in median between White Settlement Rd. and Westpoint overpass.This location is between two curves in the hwy.and there is no way to slow down after seeing the officer.This is done regularly, and without pattern.

There is NOT an I-20 and Whitesettlement RD, there is an I-820 and Whitesettlement Rd. in the Fort Worth area.
