They hide on the Westbound side at around the 104 milemarker, any time day and night. They especially patrol the construction areas and show no mercy for any speed infractions within these. They will stop you for going 4 miles per hour over the posted speed limit everywhere. Especially big trucks. And they like to hide in all the rest areas West of Baker City, OR (Around Lad Pass). Then another speed trap is located East of Pendleton,OR approx 2 miles before the first Pendleton exit going westbound, where the officer sits behind a hill (westbound)in the middle. He cannot be seen from either direction until you are right on him and therefore busted.
