Interstate I 90/94/39 near Exit Number Between 131 & 126
They sit on any of three spots:1. In Median, after on ramp(exit 131)
2. On the river rd. overpass 3. In Median, behind a cluster of trees and right before exit 126. All three, either North or South bound. Streaky enforcement, but enough to keep it at 72ish. State and County only.
