municipal cops sit in the dark in front a restaurant at the crossroads where the traffic light is @ 281n & 290 sw to fredericksburg–at late hours they turn on flashing yellow & red lights instead of the normal stop lights– with no one on the hwy. late at night — i slowed to a rolling stop- no one else on the road coming from either direction – light was flashing red – cop hustled out with lights on and wrote me a $153 ticket for not stopping completely w/ a pause – he himself cruised right thru the light with no pause and wrote the ticket – they are thieves and liars in johnson city texas- I cordially asked for a warning – he replied re-read the safety handbook for driving — beware they are corrupt and out to write as many tickets as possible here !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! state & local police
