Keele Street near Bloor/Parkside Street
On Keele St just north of Bloor – beside a school playground on the west side of Keele. During school hours the speed limit is reduced to 40 km. There is a sign with flashing yellow lights indicating when the reduced speed limit is enforced. Officer stands on West side of Keele facing North to catch Southbound traffic (radar on tripod, cruiser behind a big tree). He is pulling people over constantly – one after another.
