Keller Smithfield Road near Shady Grove Road
Cop usually sitting in outside curve of the road, just where the road starts to widen, usually there right after school lets out.

I've seen them sitting in the grass median on Keller Smithfield rd just north of Shady Grove. Going southbound on Kellersmithfield it is difficult to spot them until the last minutes.
