This road is used by many people traveling to Logan Martin Lake. The 40 MPH extends to far out from their city proper.It is completely wooded and is beyond any houses adjacent to the road. The police have recently been using a private vehicle with no markings, only a portable blue light on the dash, no radar, no following to clock you. They write your speed up using only their estimate which is usually high. They have also stopped lone females in this wooded area using this unmarked vehicle.
