The interesting point of this road is the city limits runs down the middle of the road. Entering Hartsville is in the county (up to the point of the intersection of Carolina and Kelleytown Road). Leaving Hartsville is in the city limits. They park on private property (at the edge of the trees) in the county to set up radar.
