When you are entering Keystone Ave from U.S. 31 Meridian St. The speed limit is 55 mph. The flow of traffic moves 60-65. The law enforcement is hiding on the left side behind the trees in the middle median. They are usually there in the A.M. rush hour and afternnoon when the High School lets out.
