LAKE Street near RIDGE Avenue
Traveling east on lake ave from 94 passing Ridge rd. The first street is 17th. They hang out there or the next street 16th.

You'll find traps up and down Lake, no doubt. East of Skokie rd the speed limit is 30mph with people driving 35 to 40. East of Greenbay, it's 25mph and if anyone is speeding, they are only going 30.
