Unmarked car sits in turning lane of the first entrance into ETSU in a 30mph zone, going downhill. Be very careful in this area of Univ Pkwy near campus.

Make certain you have your foot on the brake all the way down to State of Franklin or you WILL exceed the 30 mph speed limit and THEY will be there to hand you the ticket!
