Malabar Road near Interstate 95
From 95 to the Walmart traffic light the speed limit is 25 mph, they park in the dark on the mediun in front of Walmart.

THE CORRECT SPEED LIMIT BETWEEN I-95 & THE WALMART IS 45 NOT 25.
The speed limit west of I-95 to just before Emerson is 35 mph, police enforcement maybe a little higher here due to proximity to the police station.
I believe the speed limit in that area is 35, but even the police drive through there at 45.
The speed limit between I-95 and Walmart is posted as 35 MPH. There is a minimal media strip there and I have never seen a car there yet since Walmart was built.
