Motorcycle police park on the sidewalk by the Wells Fargo Bank and duck way down so they are VERY hard to see and get you coming down the the hill on Marguerite Parkway & Vista Del Lago.

This speed Trap is a violation of California Vehicle Code --no motorized vehicle on a sidewalk. Rob Toyer, and A. Garcia are very obnoxious officers using the banks sidewalk hiding behind a large hedge. Violating the law to enforce the law is not acceptable and they will and have been beat in court.
