Martin Way Road near Carpenter Road

Lacey Police and some County police sit in the parking lot of the German Car Service catching people coming up the hill from the direction of the I-5/Martin Way exit and nail you before you get to the Shell station.

it is actually this section of road [5600-6141] Martin Way E, Olympia, WA 98516 I posted an upgrade to this speed trap. German Car Service no longer exists. Besides, they hid in the Child Support Enforcement driveway, too.
