Massachusetts Street near 18th Street
right behind the church on the east side of the road police sit and check speeds on a street which is marked 30 mph but is two lanes and the signs are few and far between.

Stop letting your friends take your driver license renewal test. The speed limit on city streets is 30 mph unless otherwise posted. State law so you should know to drive 30 mph.
