Hey people -- anyone looking here for STOWE TOWNSHIP is in the wrong place -- Stowe, Pa. is NOT Stowe Township! Since the post office for Stowe Township is McKees Rocks, Pa., the correct location to find speed trap information for Stowe Township is to click on the icon for McKees Rocks. Also, any new additions for Stowe Township should be listed under McKees Rocks, but clearly labled as to the location being in Stowe Township. Check there for some detailled information about the infamous Tap Club speedtrap and the history behind the hiring of the cop referred to here rather accurately as the "Kilbuck Nazi"!
