The Farrell police sit in the Family Dollar parking lot on the corner of Mercer Ave and Sharon New Castle Road waiting for people that do anything wrong and pull them over. The Farrell PD has black cruisers with dark gold writing, so they are very hard to see unless you’re extremely close. There is an addiction treatment center across from where they sit, so they are constantly pulling anyone over that pulls out of the treatment center parking lot and ticket them, and they hand out DUIs whenever possible.
