when driving down mira mesa boulevard west form black mt. road, the speed limit dorps form 45 to 35 for one block. so… if you look on your right hand side in behind a small tree in the catholic preshool parking lot, you will see a cop car facing you waiting for someone to make a mistake… ive seen him meny times eaither at the parking lot, driving out of the lot with his flashing lights on, or two blocks up the street parked behind someone he just pulled over…
