Radar enforcement usually in late afternoon to early evening using unmarked car, and parks next to curb between two parked civilian vehicles. Area encompasses Monroe St, between Dartmouth to Van Born Streets. On several occaisions have seen one officer pull over two or more cars at same time, by pointing drivers to pull over and wait for him.
