Intersection of Rosemont Avenue & Montvue Avenue has photo system to identify anyone running a red light. The lights on Rosemont Avenue have a very short yellow, so it is easy to find yourself going through the interection on red. This will result in your license plate being photographed and a traffic ticket being sent to you. Good revenue enhancement for the City of Frederick.
