Firth Court doesn't intersect with Mulock! Check out Google Maps. Homes on Firth Court back onto Mulock, but there are backyards and an 8' fence in between, no way a cruiser can sit on Firth and monitor Mulock. There IS a speed trap quite often just East of there though, where College Manor intersects Mulock (see below, Mulock East of Bayview).

I think you mean the south end of Tugwell Pl which does not connect to Mulock but is just east of College Manor west intersection with Mulock. They stand in front of the bus shelter so their profile is less visible.
