Barney Fife sits in a gravel lot facing south clocking people traveling north into town. On Sundays the cop doesn’t even carry a loaded gun so I doubt he will do any police work. The cops there are jokes.

This sounds like it is from someone that got pulled over coming into Jonesboro. Yes, they do run radar on Muncie Pike. The speed limit there is 30 MPH but they give you 12 MPH. Therefore, it takes 42 MPH to get stopped there. As far as not carrying a gun on Sunday, that is just a flat out lie. All of the officers in Jonesboro are armed (Yes, even the reseve officers).
