The speed trap is set between the Houston Community College and the Stafford Convention Center. As you leave the campus and head towards Murphy Rd, the cops set up spot is at the little church parking lot that is on your right. There are usually 2 to 3 cops there with one on the gun and the others on foot telling you to pull over to the church parking lot. CAUTION: Make sure you are doing the actual speed limit, because I was going two miles over the limit and they still gave me a ticket!
