Posted speed is 45 mph through this little town and by these two schools, whose main street is highway 395, unless children are present, then the speed is 25 mph. The CHP in this area pulled us over after school had started, 8:05, when no children were present and said if children are in school, children are present. We beat the ticket but lived 8 hours away and had to drive back there to fight it. His own video showed no children were present. They are sitting there in the shade and waiting for people to drive the speed limit and pull them over when they are driving legally. They assume nobody will drive back to fight it.
