There is a town police officer in an unmarked car sitting in a parking lot to the left of Imperial Blvd as you head to the stop sign intersection to New Hackensack Road. He will give you a “failure to stop at a stop sign” ticket if you do not come to a COMPLETE stop at the sign on Imperial Blvd. It’s 3 points on your license with 85$ “surcharge” as of this writing. It’s a technical “gotcha,” even if you made a safe stop at the sign with no traffic impeding you from going.
