At the Labette Creek Bridge on North 16th Street (Highway 59), south of Northern Blvd. or just north of Felix. The speed limit here drops immediately from 45 to 30, right at the south side of the bridge. Cops sit in a parking lot on the east side, across the street from a Chinese restaurant. Two blocks further south, the road goes uphill and cops will sit in another parking lot on the east side, hidden by the crest of the hill.
