North O’Connor Boulevard near 114 & North O’Connor
Usually mid-morning to afternoon and almost on a daily basis, an officer will sit on North O’Connor just east of Hwy 114 underneath the trees in the shade and in front of the Williams Square Buildings (the one with the horse sculptures) and catch persons heading west bound as they come around the curve and the speed limit decreases to 30 or so. He will stand there with his radar and wave people to stop by him where he writes them a ticket. He doesn’t even have to get on his motorcycle to pull you over. It’s a moneymaker!
