Speed limit is 50 on this stretch, and the traffic narrows to one lane as you approach Ridgemont Drive. Lots of people speeding up to manage the merge if they are in the left lane. Allen PD sit tucked back in to a commercial building parking lot driveway, which is VERY well shielded from view by a rise in the landscape at that entry. They are really good at hiding there–you WILL get nailed and won’t have time to hit the brakes. I have seen both motorcycle and unmarked car working this location. Unmarked car was a black charger. Pay particular attention to your speed on this stretch.
