Northern Boulevard near 114 Street
Going eastbound on Northern Blvd at the intersection where you can make a right to catch the Grand Central. If you make the right turn or go straight on YELLOW it WILL take your picture! Beware! If you don’t think so, just watch anytime when it’s dark you will see the little sparkle of the flash because of the dummy that made the turn/pass.
