Johnson City is changing signs all over the place. On Nugent, the speed limit drops from 45 to 35 and the sign is hard to see right by a big sign of 20 mph for school with a flashing light. You’ll miss it and the cop is hiding right around the curve, so you have no time to slow down to 35 before he clocks you. No leeway whatsoever. I never speed, but I got a ticket here. I’m disgusted, this is a speed trap and as close to entrapment as I have seen personally.
