Heading north from Spring Creek on Ohio, cops usually camp out right behind the brick wall on the east side of the road. There is a large field in front of the wall and a neighborhood behind the wall. They usually have one car and maybe a person or two on foot to flag cars in. Be careful because it’s just natural to take the street at about 40-45 because it is open, wide, and not particularly busy. The limit is only 35, and they’re tough about it.
