On I-95 by mile marker 18 on the south end of south carolina
There is an RV parked underneath an overpass on the south-bound side. There are also a series of cameras set up under the bridge on both sides of I-95 to take a picture of your face, your car, and your license plate. A couple good ways to avoid getting busted is
1. Wear a ski mask and cover your license plate
2. If at night, turn off your headlights completely (including parking lights) because the license plate wont be lit up and the rear facing camera does not have a flash on it (the one for your face does [red flash of light])
3. Do the speed limit
