The police car sits right on Noble Road at the Cleveland Heights border (heading North towards Euclid Avenue). The police car sits on the East side of the street next to the Save-A-Lots parking lot, but not inside the food chain’s parking lot. Instead the squad car faces the street because the street goes from 35mph to 25 mph. The police are depending on the motorists not to notice the quick change in speed so they sit there and are highly successful in pulling motorists over before they make it to the East Cleveland side where the speed resumes to 35mph.
